Castlemartyr
Both Core Treatments as well as the Signature Treatments in Castlemartyr have been designed to reflect the lunar cycles. All body therapies will be customised to the moon phases and their different requirements for the body. More than that we are also offering special treatments for Golfers, a special "Jet lag Remedy" as well as locally inspired treatments from Ireland.
The body care program exclusively uses the product line of "The Organic Pharmacy" - the first and only company in the world dedicated to health and beauty using organic products and treatments.
The hair care program is provided by John Masters Organics - a luxury beauty line that treats the earth with respect. The company's mission is to support individual and planetary health by providing products that have no toxic chemicals and are created without using destructive harvesting practices or animal cruelty. The percentage of organic ingredients in its products ranges from about 65 to 100 and all packing is made from 100 percent recycled paper.
Our nail care program is provided by SpaRitual with its holistic and streamlined manicure and pedicure. Spa Ritual is committed to creating natural, ecologically favorable products perfectly crafted for the enlightened consumer. Usage of naturally-colored vegan ingredients from around the world.

Our spa resort's body therapies are based on the varying energies of the lunar cycle - the beginning, sowing the seeds, the height, and cleansing. We have combined specific techniques, products, and scents to create a unique experience specific to these energies. Each therapy can be taken at any time during the lunar cycle. MASSAGES

A deep and stimulating full body muscle massage that will leave you invigorated and relaxed, awake in body and spirit.
SOWING THE SEEDS: BASED ON AROMA MASSAGE TECHNIQUES • 60 or 90 MINUTES
The rocking and rhythmic movements of this soothing aromatic massage will carry you to a state of stillness and well-being.
THE HEIGHT: BASED ON ENERGY WORK • 60 or 90 MINUTES
With gentle hands, your therapist will address your energy bodies through balancing massage techniques. This experience will ground and heighten your sense of being, giving the body time to unwind.
CLEANSING: A MASSAGE THATENHANCES THE LYMPHATIC FLOW • 60 or 90 MINUTES
A soft yet stimulating full body massage. Lymphatic flow of the body will increase and toxins will be eliminated, leaving your body feeling revitalised and renewed.
JET LAG REMEDY • 75 MINUTES
A soothing, full body massage that enhances the body's own ability to fight jet lag, improve circulation and normalise sleep patterns. The treatment concludes with The Organic Pharmacy's Sleep Tincture which further enhances the ability to realign your circadian rhythms after a long flight.
THE 7th SON • 75 MINUTES
Ireland is rich in folklore describing the mysterious healing powers of a 7th son. According to the legends, the birth order of these healers gives them the power to heal with their hands alone. Auriga has borrowed from this tradition to develop a hands-on healing therapy based on traditional Celtic healing.
GOLFER'S MASSAGE • 60 or 90 MINUTES
A full body massage designed to ease tired muscles after a day on the course, with a focus on arms, legs and back. This treatment can also be adjusted to the specific needs of anyone involved in sports, fitness or heavy physical activity.
ENVELOPMENTS
THE BEGINNING: AN INVIGORATING WRAP • 60 MINUTES
Your path to a renewal begins when you enter the treatment room scented with Pine and Eucalyptus. Your body is then enveloped with a deep-acting Eucalyptus and Rosemary wrap to stimulate your entire system. As the wrap penetrates, your hair and scalp are massaged with Rosemary and Cedar Wood oil to invigorate your body and soothe your mind.
SOWING THE SEEDS: A NOURISHING WRAP • 60 MINUTES
Relaxation begins from the moment you enter the Jasmine-scented treatment room. A rich Honey and Jasmine mask envelopes your body. While the wrap penetrates, the feet are anointed with Rose and Jasmine oil and massaged, leaving them soft and moisturised.
THE HEIGHT: ABALANCING WRAP • 60 MINUTES
Restore and re-centre with Rose, known for its balancing properties. Stimulating Rose mud and Rose petals envelop your body while your feet and hands are massaged with soothing Rose oil, leaving you re-centred and re-charged.
CLEANSING: A RENEWING WRAP • 60 MINUTES
Your deep cleansing treatment begins with a deep inhalation of Rosemaryand Juniper followed by a cleansing mud infused with minerals and essence of Seaweed. While the wrap penetrates, your feet are massaged using acupressure techniques to help stimulate and detoxify the inner organs. You leave feeling light and refreshed.
EXFOLIATIONS
THE BEGINNING: AN INVIGORATING EXFOLIATION • 30 MINUTES
Revitalise and exfoliate the body with a salt and sugar scrub infused with Eucalyptus and Spirulina to re-mineralise and recharge.
SOWING THE SEEDS: A NOURISHING EXFOLIATION • 30 MINUTES
Nourish and condition the skin using salt, sugar and Rose petals infused with Rose oil. The skin is left soft and hydrated.
THE HEIGHT: ABALANCING EXFOLIATION • 30 MINUTES
Stimulate the mind and body with the heady scent of Eucalyptus infused with nourishing oils and sugar. The skin will feel invigorated and alive.
CLEANSING: A RENEWING EXFOLIATION • 30 MINUTES
Using Garshana gloves of soft silk, the body will be exfoliated, stimulating blood and lymphatic flow. The treatment will eliminate impurities and leave you feeling fresh and energetic.

THE ORGANIC PHARMACY ROSE CRYSTAL LYMPHATIC FACIAL • 90 MINUTES
This signature facial has been described as an experience in its own right. Using The Organic Pharmacy's 100% natural and organic products, this facial cleanses, soothes, nourishes and balances all in one treatment. Skin is left radiant and glowing. This luxury facial includes deep cleansing, AHA exfoliation, Seaweed mask, lifting acupressure massage, activating lymphatic massage and age fighting Collagen Boost Mask. The treatment includes massage on the scalp, arms, hands and feet for a total experience.

This deep-cleansing and revitalising treatment is crafted specifically for the gentleman. A facial attuned to the special needs of men is further complimented by a massage of the feet, scalp and arms. Strain and tension are eased away, leaving both skin and body nourished and renewed.

THE ORGANIC PHARMACY MANICURE • 90 MINUTES
This luxury manicure begins with a soaking of the hands in a milk bath. Rose petals float as the milk gently cleanses and softens the hands and cuticles. A rich nourishing mask is then applied sand worked into the hands while the cuticles and nails are treated. The manicure concludes with a hand and arm massage and polish application, if desired.
THE ORGANIC PHARMACY PEDICURE • 90 MINUTES
This luxury pedicure begins with the soaking of the feet in a milk bath where Rose petals float as the milk gently cleanses and softens. The feet are then scrubbed with a honey, sugar, salt and Rose petal bend. A rich nourishing mask is then applied and worked into the feet while the cuticles and nails are treated. The pedicure concludes with a foot and leg massage and polish application, if desired.

At your request, a variety of classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, and Qigong are available to you during your stay. We also offer unique outdoor programs that allow you to combine fitness with the exploration of Castlemartyr's expansive grounds.
